An expert assessment of the property is prerequisite for the financing.
Following the creation of a detailed criteria check list, the individual property’s profitability will be assessed. The credit flow from the property alone finances the entire credit amount. This avoids personal loan guarantees.
The foundation of a property company (as owner of the property) will create security for both sides: the property acts as a separate “company”. Direct liability affecting personal assets is normally not possible and a change of ownership unproblematic.
After the initial fundamental survey, you will (subject to positive evaluation) receive our individual credit offer. If you accept this, we will require detailed documentation for our accountants' assessment (rental contracts, insurance etc.).
You will receive a binding loan contract based on the fundamental survey. The credit amount is usually paid out four weeks after all documentation has been provided.
